Where God has brought us from:
- Heartland Worship Center began as Bible Baptist Church at 6th and Clay Street in Paducah with 29 charter members in 1959
- The first pastor was Roger Martin, 1959-1960, and left just under a year to get married and further his education.
- Pastor Don Young came as a candidate on August 19th, 1960 and became the pastor on Sept. 25th, 1960.

- A new church building on North 10th Street was dedicated in December of 1962.
- While on 10th Street, eight buiilding expansion projects were completed.

- Bible Baptist moved to the current facilities in October 1996 with approximately 700 members, and became Heartland Worship Center.
- Two more building projects have been completed since moving to our current campus on Alben Barkley Drive.
- A third expansion is being planned for a new childrens wing.

- Another God-Sized project, "The Center", for youth completed in 2002 debt free!
- 6th-12th grades experience a unique and fun atmosphere to grow in the Lord.
- Climbing wall, arcade games, basketball court, 50s diner, and many other features makes this a popular spot for youth to hang out.
